Exeter Corn Exchange is a versatile multi-purpose venue that is situated in the centre of Exeter. Being located in the city centre means we’re in walking distance of hotels, shops, restaurants, car parks, bus routes and train stations.
Made up of a 500 capacity auditorium, two meeting rooms, a bar and foyer area. Our auditorium is a totally flexible space that can adapt to host conferences, concerts, comedy, dance and theatre shows and with our committed team on standby to help you to make your event a success.
We can provide refreshments and catering for groups and tastes of any size, prices and sample menus available on request.

The Bar
Our fully licensed bar only operates during events. The ideal reception area for events taking place in the auditorium. During conferences we use the space for lunch and refreshment breaks and can also be used as a breakout room.
Meeting Rooms
At the Corn Exchange we have two meeting rooms to choose from whether you need an intimate meeting space or a conference for up to 40 people. Both of these rooms can be used as break-out rooms for events taking place in the main hall.

We also have a range of meeting rooms to offer at the Matford Centre (approximately 2 miles from the city centre) ranging from a small interview room to a conference for 50 delegates. All meeting rooms have access to WiFi, Unlimited hot/cold drinks and biscuits, projector and screen hire, flipcharts, unlimited free parking and one level access.
