Let the Quiet Ones Rise is about standing up and standing out - stories and poetry from Robin Ince about being a shy child into horror movies and Doctor Who and the middle aged person who finally became strong enough to resign from the job he loved (The Infinite Monkey Cage) because he needed to speak out.
Robin is author books such as Bibliomaniac and Normally Weird and Weirdly Normal and two collections of poetry.
He is the two time winner of author of the year from booksellers association. Winner of House of Games (which means Josie Long and him now have matching luggage) and Celebrity Mastermind (which means he owns a trophy that is also a weapon).
