This walk about women through time uses landmarks round the city centre to tell some often hidden stories about women connected with Exeter, highlighting their contributions and illuminating the context of their lives and the many diverse challenges they faced

Women’s stories have often been hidden and here we walk with women from Roman to Georgian times uncovering the stories of those who have lived, visited or had notable influence on our city.

The tour starts at the Devon War Memorial on Cathedral Green at 11.15am
