The Corn Exchange is currently closed. If you have tickets for an upcoming show please do not contact us we will be in touch shortly. If you are awaiting postal tickets these will now be dispatched 21 days before the event.

Planning your visit


 

  • If you are exhibiting symptoms associated with coronavirus please do not attend the venue - give us a call on 01392 665938 and we will organise for your tickets to be transferred or refunded. 
  • Please arrive during the time slot listed on your ticket. We're staggering arrival times to reduce queuing. You may have to be turned away if you are late.
  • Please use the hand washing/sanitising facilities provided. 
  • Unless you are exempt, you must wear a mask unless you are eating or drinking. Please help to protect our staff and each other. 
  • If you need to use the bar or toilet facilities and there is a queue, please return to your seat and try again after 5 minutes. Please stay in your seat/at your table whenever possible and consider combining trips to the bar/outside/toilets. 
  • We're not currently able to offer a bar service so for some shows we have made alternative arrangements. Please check individual show details for more information
  • We will be operating a one way system around the venue. Please stick to it and stay at least 2m from people from outside your group
  • Please leave plenty of time to find us (for parking)
  • The use of cameras and or mobile phones may not be permitted during the performance. If in doubt please ask.
